Spoko! apartment is probably the one of its kind in Gdynia. The apartment is located at 49 Arenda Dickmana Street in Gdynia Oksywie and occupies a total surface of 60 sq. metres on the top two floors of a modern house.

The layout of this original apartment includes three rooms: two comfortable bedrooms placed on the first floor and the upper floor, as well as the living room with the kitchenette and the bathroom on the first floor. Spoko! has a large balcony coming out of the bedroom. Moreover, the attic part is equipped with the antibaterial device of Haier with UV and the air condition. The stairs in the apartment may be challenging for the elderly and small children.
